By accessing and using AstroByte's lead generation services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AstroByte provides lead generation services that help businesses identify and connect with qualified prospects through various advertising channels and social network integration. Our services include:

  • Qualified lead identification and verification
  • Social media advertising and outreach
  • Multi-channel lead generation campaigns
  • Lead data delivery and reporting

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your target criteria
  • Use leads provided by AstroByte in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not resell or redistribute leads to third parties without written consent
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared
  • Pay for services according to the agreed pricing structure

4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is transparent and based on qualified leads delivered:

  • Pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead depending on the advertising channel used
  • Payment is due upon delivery of leads unless otherwise agreed
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Lead Quality and Guarantees

AstroByte guarantees that all leads provided meet the following criteria:

  • Email addresses are verified and deliverable
  • Phone numbers are verified when provided
  • Contact information matches your specified target criteria
  • Leads are generated through legitimate advertising channels

If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data:

  • All lead data is collected through compliant methods
  • We adhere to GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
  • Client data is kept confidential and secure
  • Data retention policies are clearly defined and followed

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, methodologies, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of AstroByte. Users are granted a limited license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

AstroByte's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding payments become immediately due
  • Access to our platform and services will be discontinued
  • Confidentiality obligations continue to apply

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas.
